Tasks:
Complete assigned duties, under the supervision of the Senior Accountant:
- Perform day-to-day financial data entry of accounts payable transactions including classifying, verifying, and recording data
- Manage accounts payable inquiries, communication, and reporting
- Compiling and assisting with payroll processing
- Processing and entering deposits
- Tracking accounts receivable and reconciling donations
Assist with month-end close
Assist with year-end close and document processing
Requirements:
- Clean background checks (FBI and BCI)
- Working towards Degree
- Organizational skills
- Possess knowledge and experience in use of computer software programs, especially Microsoft Excel and Word
- Professional etiquette to staff & clients
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
